THE DIVERSITY … A CHANGE OF COURSE

Diversity is the difference or distinction between people, variety, disparity or multiplicity of things.

We can refer to the cultural diversity that refers to the coexistence and interaction between different cultures.

To sexual diversity, to ethnic diversity, to linguistic diversity, to biological diversity, to functional diversity.

Diversity refers to everything that makes a difference within a group, be it its physical, organizational, psychological or behavioral characteristics.

In short, we are all VARIOUS … since we all belong to different groups.

Each country or region has a set of essential expressions that have been adopted and transmitted from generation to generation.

It is from these premises or paradigms that individuals can formulate their own thinking and make their own decisions.

For this reason all / all people who have common goals, and come together to fight for their claims in the society where they live
PURPOSES OF THESE MOBILIZATIONS? …

These marches promote equality of rights for the LGBT community, they are common in most countries of the world.

But the mobilization carried out by Uruguay, “stands out for promoting diversity and not LGBT pride. The march had its origins in 1993, but in 2006 it changed its structure and now it is fought for diversity and not for pride. “(Www.elobservador.com.uy-)

Diversity includes other movements that have nothing to do with sexual diversity, such as groups of people of African descent, women, young people, the disabled.

This year the claims are for the approval of the “Integral Law for Trans Persons”, among other claims, which is being studied in the National Parliament, in Uruguay.
This year the march was developed under the motto:

“DIVERSITY IS FIGHT AND RESISTANCE” WHAT WE UNDERSTAND FOR SEXUAL DIVERSITY!

We can link it with the variety in sexual orientation, and with the desire of people to relate erotically and sexually with another person, of the same sex, or of the opposite sex, or the attraction towards people of the same sex and of the opposite sex.

There are things that people can not forget: RESPECT FOR THE OTHER AND RESPECT FOR ONE

Respect is a positive sentiment that refers to the “action of respecting”. It is the recognition by a person.

Respect is one of the fundamental values of the human being.

To be respected is important to learn to respect, to understand the other, to value their interests and needs.

I respect the one next to me. The one next to me can not make me think like him, or feel like him. I am an individual with my own feelings and thoughts.

If I can accompany him in his personal process, from my philosophy, from my thoughts. The respect must be mutual.

THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE OTHER AND THE ACCEPTANCE OF ONE.

Acceptance refers to the action and effect of accepting, approving something, accepting something as good or valid, voluntarily and without opposing me.I accept how you are, with your customs, your way of being, of acting, of feeling, with your way of living life, with your ideas that may be different from mine.

You can not force me to be like you, I’m fine with myself, and with my ideals.

Starting from that each individual has its own convictions and ways of being. I accept myself as I am, with my defects and virtues, with my successes and my mistakes, with my good and bad days, with the variety that my personality can present AND my way of being, I AM LIKE I AM ..

Each person has his FREE WILL.

THE TOLERANCE FOR THE OTHER …

We start from the concept that tolerance is the attitude of the person who respects the opinions, ideas or attitudes of others even if it does not coincide with our own premises. We must tolerate ourselves, to be able to tolerate whoever is by our side. Luckily, for our world we are all different, diverse, and we must learn to accept the difference

THE LIGHT IS FOR ALL EYES … BUT NOT ALL EYES ARE FOR THE SAME LIGHT.TO REFLECT ….

“We ourselves must be the change we want to see in the world””I am free only to the extent that I recognize humanity and respect the freedom of all the men around me” …

“There is no education if there is no truth to transmit, if everything is more or less true, if everyone has his equally respectable truth and can not rationally decide between so much diversity.”I hope it helps you to form your own thoughts …
